The PC3 System is a patented tool that is customized for each well. For their installation, our consultants design the tool for the optimal exposure to the proprietary metal discs and maximize the treatment of the produced crude.

The tools can be designed to operate on any type of production. During production, crude oil is sucked up through the lower end of the tool causing multiple streams or jets of crude oil to emanate from the radically bored holes in the center inserts and the wall of the tube. Electrons released from the proprietary metal in the inserts and walls of the chamber combine with molecules of the hydrocarbons and other minerals. This action alters certain physical characteristics of the crude oil, produced water and other entrained minerals which otherwise build up and clog the tubing and impede the upward flow of the crude.

The crude oil and its entrained minerals treated with the Pc3 System pass through the string of tubing to the surface. The treated crude will reduce or eliminate corrosion and keep asphaltenes, paraffin, and carbonates in suspension up to the surface eliminating costly treatments and maintenance, allowing the well to produce to its potential continually.
